Major (R) Shahnawaz ul Hassan, the chairman of PASBAN IT Group, is also running a welfare institute by the name of Pasban Technical Training Centre (PTTC), Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. Pasban is an Urdu language word, which means the defenders. This name was adopted by Major (R) Shahnawaz-ul-Hassan and established this institute in the year 1991. This college started imparting training in coursed recognized by many foreign firms and countries, especially USA. The Pasban Technical Training Center (PTTC) offers the following Technical Courses free of any cost.

Major (R) Shahnawaz-ul-Hassan supported System Foundation at every stage where the strive is in process to change the living standards of backward areas by bringing those illiterate / semi-literate / less educated Boys, Girls & Transgender of age 14+ back to school (who never ever went to school or left the schools at early stages) and start their study from ABC and pass matriculation (Grade 10th) examinations from BISE (Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education) along with Skill in just 2years. His great contribution through provision of Technical Skill Support is always appreciated that enhance the working ability of the students and enable them to earn their livelihood after the passing matriculation.

Major (R) Shahnawaz-ul-Hassan established a lot of webhosting based websites and many keywords moved to first and second page in Google and Yahoo search. Now they have started websites in many more fields and lot of keywords are already placing many website pages on the Google search results, while many more are inching towards top positions.

It´s owners are sympathetic towards less fortunate segment of society and have started many welfare projects for them. Pasban Welfare Centre and Pasban Free Medical Centre Faisalabad, Pakistan are working very hard towards supply of free rations, cooked meals, free medical diagnosis and free medicines. Many educational projects sponsored by them are also serving the needy. Staff works with extreme devotion. Students are provided school uniforms, books, notebooks and stationery free of cost. Needy brilliant students are offered scholarships to complete their studies.

Major Retd. Shahnawaz-ul-Hassan is a Fellow of Rotarian Paul Harris and belongs to Rotary Club of Faisalabad in Rotary International District 3270 Pakistan & Afghanistan. This district has been split into two more districts 3271 and 3272 with effect from 01 July 2010. Rotary Club of Faisalabad will fall in district 3272. He is an active member who participates in lot many welfare projects personal basis as well as on rotary platform. He is President Elect 2011-12 for his club.
