Lieutenant-General Mr. Naseem Rana had served as the chairman of System Foundation where objectives are planned to change the living standards of the backward areas of the country by bringing those illiterate / semi-literate / less educated Boys, Girls & Transgender of age 14+ back to school (who never ever went to school or left the schools at early stages) and start their study from ABC and pass matriculation (Grade 10th) examinations from BISE (Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education) along with Skill in just 2years.

Lieutenant-General Mr. Naseem Rana (a retired three-star general in the Pakistan Army, who served as the director-general of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) from 1995 to October 1998) born in 20 September 1942.

He belongs to a Rajpoot Family of Faisalabad region.

Rana Naseem was born in middle-class family of Lyallpur (Now Faisalabad) Punjab, British Indian Empire in 1942.

He joined the Pakistan Military Academy in 1960.

He was given commissioned in the Corps of Signals Engineering on 19 April 1964.

He participated & led a Signals platoon in Indo-Pakistan war of 1965.

He completed a military staff course in Quetta In 1967.

He gained M.Sc. in Military Science from the Command and Staff College, Quetta in 1969.

He commanded the Signals battalion during the Indo-Pakistani war of 1971.

He joined the National Defence University in 1974.

He obtained M.Sc. in Operational Analysis in 1976.

He was made Colonel on the Staff of the 40th Army Infantry Division and served there until 1980.

He went to United States and attended the United States Army Command and General Staff College in 1981.

He gained specialized degree in operational and command analysis in 1984.

He was made instructor at the School of Infantry and Tactics followed by academic professor at the Command and Staff College Quetta in 1980.

He was promoted to 2-stars Major-General and was made General Officer Commanding of an Infantry Division based in Punjab in 1991.

He was promoted to 3-stars Lieutenant General in 1995.

He was appointed as the Director General of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) that lasts at October 1998.
